Look | Holiday Haze

Hi there! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas, if you celebrate it! And for those of you who celebrate something else, I hope that whatever holiday you take part in this time of year is/was enjoyable as well!

Since “holiday party time” isn’t over quite yet, here’s a makeup idea for those of you who aren’t into the super bold, glittery looks floating around. I used the Morphe 35T Taupe Eyeshadow Palette to do a soft, hazy smoky eyeThe eyes have a slight sheen as opposed to glitter, and, to keep it from looking too dark/dramatic, I didn’t use any black eyeshadow. I placed the shadow in a winged-out shape to elongate the eye, but you can keep it confined more closely to your eyelid if you want it to be even more subtle. You can also do winged eyeliner instead of (or in addition to) the winged shadow, if that’s your jam. A neutral pink lip keeps the focus on the eyes.
